wierd in-game anomalies

Has anyone else recently experienced anything like the strange things that have happened to me today?

- I log to my hunter, i cannot select anything with my mouse.
OK bug maybe?, so i'll try a relog.

- Relog to my marks, first thing i do is cast recharged arrows but nothing happens - the icon at the top of the screen doesn't appear. I try repeatedley.
OK maybe i need a computer restart.

- Restart and Relog to my lock - i get similar strange things like above and also i cannot view clan chat.

After this i logged off to do a virus check - all clear.

So now i'm wondering if these things are happenning to me alone, or is anyone else experiencing anything like this?

I've experienced the first and third scenarios.
The "can't click anything" one I've had on multiple occasions, one of which was recent. (Got me killed of course).
As for the "can't view clan chat", I'm not sure if this is the same issue, but there was one time I couldn't see a message indicating people entering or leaving the chat. That was only once though.
