Town Crier

The town crier has told me that there is a quest available by Lefan i've leveld up three tiu\mes since it first showed up. But when I visit Lefan each time I level up she does not have a quest for me. I have checked everyone in the area and went back to the area I was first at in the beginning to see if I missed any other quests but I did not. So why can I not find any new quests and the one from Lefan did not come up? And no I did not do a quest from that person yet. If you can provide me with an anwser I would be greatful. Thanks.
