Log in Problems?

hey everyone im pretty new to the game, jus downloaded it and signed up and all that tonight, but alas b/c it jus had to happen, a problem arose, ive looked around the forums and a few ppl have had similar problems, but i have yet to find a deffinative answer, anyway, as you can tell im logged in both on the forums and on the website just fine, but when it comes to the game client, im S.O.L, i have no firewalls of any sort on and my system exceeds the neccissary requirments, but still the only msg i get is, invalid user name and pass...... any one mind thrown a bone my way? im completley lost as to what to do

I'm having the same problem. My account is activated and I even tried changing my password, no dice. I can log in on the website fine, but the game gives me an invalid username/password error.

just a small tip: if it says "invalid username or password" it is not a firewall problem because this simply means that there is something about your username or password that is wrong or something.

if it was a firewall problem, it would say "could not connect to autopatch server" because it cant connect.

ive doublechecked my username and password 234234234 times, and i can login to the website with the same account, so it gotta be some problems with the server

Hi!

There's a problem with today's new accounts (and maybe yesterday due to timezone) and we're looking for the problem. The information is not lost, only the creation process in the game server got stuck.

I'll inform you here when it's solved. Sorry for the inconvenience!
