Matrix lag?

Hey,

Would somebody mind taking a look at the server? Everything is in slow motion to me and the buffs wear out much too early like always. You feel like in Matrix o.O

OK it seems like I'm the only one experiencing this...
All my animations are slowed down completely, it is like slowmotion. Running looks as if I was mind pushed... :/

What could that be?
