Ive been toying the idea of starting a char on RA, so I was wondering, is there a reasonable English population? What are the peak hours? How often is there action? I just want a rundown on the server, because the wars on Horus are becoming unexistent, other than the constant farming at meni and sam.... >.>

So just try and convince me that I'll have more fun in RA than Horus, and I'll hop right over

I'd say there's many english speakers, also, many french, german etc players, who also speak english as second language.

Action? On Ra, I'd say it's nonstop, but invasions are mostly during Argentina prime time - evening hours.

I'd say that during European evening there's NONSTOP action, specially at pp, pinos and limite ;] (specially that Spanish players are active then and Argentina is like... just after work/school so younger people play)

I never switched to Horus, as I had no need or will to. There's so many great players on Ra which are also my friends, and they all speak english. I also met many many spanish speakers who have no problem with english

I can only speak for Alsius.
The clan I am leader of, Valhalla, usually has around 10 members at peaks (though that is quite unusual) and more often 4-6 members online at the same time.
In Alsius, I would say 20% of the population speaks good English even if their native language is Spanish and Valhalla even has some Spanish speaking members who prefers to speak English.

From my experience from playing on both Horus and RA, I can say that the action is far more spread out on RA with encounters all over the warzone.
People usually take more risks too, where on Horus people prefers to play it safe by staying inside forts, RA people usually rush and risk their asses for having a good fight.

I also find less of the "let's not try to [insert action here] since we will only give them free RP" attitude which I really hate from Horus/Ignis.

I guess most action is around 20.00-2.00 GMT+1, with some really dead spots around 12.00-14.00 GMT+1.

I play for 3y on Ra now and I never felt that language is a barrier on that server.
