Knights indeed can block :)
For those that say that a knight cannot block
Though it may have been better in the past, the class can still do it. If you play with protector alone you will see how much a knight can block. I've been playing with protector 5 and low levels of precise block and though precise block makes a very small difference, protector on level 5 makes the knight invincible if he had allies around him Basically I can't attack but if my auras are up and no one can kill me, the knight can easily fulfill its roll by shielding allies and tanking. In every instance I tried this setup against many opponents they all turned out like what you see in the log below. Btw the log continues to have these blocks for another 40 or so seconds but I couldn't screen it all because it was too big^^ I get the same results every time I use this spell, this is just a screen of the latest amount of blocks.

thats why i never attack a knight in a bubble
i doubt it would get nerfed. in a way, its a knights version of sanctuary/low profile. maybe not guaranteed but a similar effect. it would be nice if you could control the duration tho |

NGD once stated that they wanted protector (5) to become an absolutely essential skill for all knights.

In my eyes it is, ive always wondered why knights dont use it. As long as the marks battle goes on before the first rush you can stand with protector and your auras before your allies getting targeted by many enemies and blocking a lot, in that time you cant do anything better.

It just didn't make any sense to run around in a bubble unable to attack when pretty much all knights can do atm is spam cc's. Because of that, Army of One became the ultimate tanking spell. Think about it. You're in a group and see a knight rushing under protector. You ignore him, and the reason you do so is because he ain't gonna do s****. With auras fixed, hopefully knights will become primary targets,(as they should) and in that case, protector will be useful again. Quote:
