Problem getting the game to launch on Ubuntu 10.10

Ok so I have the game downloaded and I tried installing it a number of times and when I click on the button to launch it I get this error...Failed to execute child process "/home/edgeraven/regnum/rolauncher" (No such file or directory)

I realize it says the file is not there but I have installed the game to that file a number of times...Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help and taking the time to read this post...

there is no launcher there..

try this:

locate rolauncher

maybe your shortcut is pointing to the wrong place?

Your download was incomplete.

When you run rolauncher for the first time, it downloads resources to ~/regnum, including the up-to-date launcher. What has happened here is that you cut off the download before it was finished, so that directory does not actually contain a game.

Remove it and try again, without interruptions this time.

If you have a 64 bit system, you can download this rolauncher file:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/488081/rolauncher

It does not have the data files with it, but it looks like you already have those.
