What the fuck?
Hello I'm Axe, dunno if you still remember me but some of you should. Anyways, I reinstalled the game today and then I saw this: My character has now a different name, no more money and no equip at all.
So tell me plz what the fuck has done this?

Send character backup request to NGD, they should be able to rebirth it.

In cases like this, you should contact NGD. The support system has changed and now you have to send a ticket to www.regnumonlinegame.com/support.
Please log in with your forum username and tag the ticket for 'Stolen Account'
