i think there should have a market in the center island that everybody can go once a month and put his stuff up for sale or something like that

Vending

Allows the character to set up a shop at his current location. The items you want to sell must be in the characters inventory. Be very careful to set the correct price!
The limit on distinct items that can be sold depends on the lvl with a max of 10 items. It will close automatically if all items are sold or if the character is killed.

lvl1 2 Items
lvl2 4
lvl3 6
lvl4 8
lvl5 10

Or just make it a skill u can use like the trade/recruit buttons. Maybe make a quest for it.

I like the market idea. But this is than my idea. Just a portal and if you go in that than you are in a other map ( market) you can just sit there with ur char and sell stuff. every place is a blanket for selling stuff. Than if the blanket is free you can sit on it. And than you see a screen. In that screen you can put ur gear/armor. And you can typ the offer. ( the offer is than only magna and gold) But you can pm that guy if you want to trade with ur gear/wep. That player who is selling stuff can go afk. How many blanket around of 100?

Great idea.

At another game i play people go to another realm, set up a 'stall' (aka rest and afk), while those wanting to buy items walk around browsing those stalls.

You can straight out pruchase for requested price or post your items in stall for trade consideration.

Many people sell $ bought items this way so unpaying players can benefit too

Also have a gold trader. (aka real $ or xim for online currency).

Besides which, every game I've ever played with vending implemented in this way has suffered excessive lag because of it.

We have marketplaces all over. This should be handled through the merchants.
