New way of playing... accept responsibility without blame to the player.

Player should not be punished for things that happen naturally in the game.
If the game allows it then it is legal.
If the game does not allow it and you use a 3rd party program to make things happen then it is not legal.

Plain and simple.

I fall out of the fort at herbred alot when I am fighting.
One day someone will say I cheated and killed them by jumping the wall.
There is no way that I will jump into 20 people to kill 1 at a fort just to wait or run back all over again.

Too many innocent mistakes are being seen as player faults when in fact the players are innocent. A screen shot does not show the error in game design, it only shows one persons view of an event.

Like my ninja swords on my hunter.....

To assume that one screenshot is enough to get people banned, is ridiculous. NGD uses logfiles to back up claims of cheating. Of course one screenshot is not enough to proof someone is cheating.

You say players should not be punished for things that happen natural in-game. If you mean to say that when a player does something unintentional and then does not continue to abuse it, banning is not fair, then of course you are right. But I don't think anyone at NGD would disagree.

This thread is not adding anything to a discussion about bans, except that it looks like you are trying to cover up something you did. There are other ways to complain about the way people get banned that describing why you are innocent in a special case using a thread in the Inn.
