SMS payment

So I've used two provider's.

And waste over 20 euro's just for ximerin and NGD claim's that are so called "negative DLR response's" And they adviced me to contact my provider.

They state that are is no such thing as negative DLR response's.
My question is, has anyone succesfully received ximerin
by sms using; T-mobile, and KPN?

Yes, I contacted you by email and support site.

I use T-Mobile, works perfectly fine for me.. takes some minutes though.

I'm guessing they should refresh my sms code then..

2 Provider's that fail to work on 2 diffrent phone's, that does say something you know..

NGD's fault 100% i smsed 2 times and lost 8 euro without getting ximerin

Nice job, I can't sms 2 times and then lose 8 euros :/, but on-topic, I've contacted NGD 2 times once there was some error that every ticket was deleted and now I just don't get answered, I gave up

Yes 100% NGD, my provider credit's 0,23 euro for the sms.

The remaining money gets credited by NGD when the sms is received.
My provider would not credit for the sms if NGD did not receive it.

Anyone else experiencing this problem,

Contact ATLAS interactive my customer support, they might be able to fix the problem between you and your carrier. Hope they do for me soon.
