Error Please Help

As soon as I hit play a message comes up error initalizing Direct3D Renderer, and when I switch to OpenGL, and another error box shows up. Please help me on what to do next.

by the looks of it I'm reading other threads and it was about an update or patch of some sort.

Regnum show your video card in options section (just before you press Play)
