Still Unable to change clan ranks....

I am not sure if this is anywhere else, but could anyone assist me here? When will I be able to modify the admin account of my clan? Is there something I missed? Please let me know.

this is weird since I have seen quite a few number of realm mates change their clan names and clan ranks in the past few weeks. I'd suggest relogging and trying again, but I'm sure you already did that. I'm sure you could reinstall the game again, but I'm sure you don't want to wait that long. If all else fails contact a NGD representative and ask for assistance. Hope your problem resolves.

How would reinstalling the game fix an issue that is obviously server-side ?


So on topic, I and many have the same issue since the server merge, seems like a database problem. I think recreating the clan may be the only thing to do unless NGD decides to fix pre-merge clans that have broken ranks yet.

You don't have to recreate your clan.
This won't solve your issure.
Just go ahead and open the clan ranks and RE-Create the entire rank system again. (You still won't be able to change ranks, but you can at least make them all uniform.)

It may be a problem in her game logs, has happened before and people who reinstall the game usually fix other issues as well. It does happen, and is recommended in times of crisis. Besides, a good hour to get away from RO is nice

I could rename the clan only when I filled both the full clan name and the shortcut. Also you need to play around with the ranks, as DemonMonger wrote.

This bug has nothing to do with your client, reinstalling game won't help anyting.

Don't reinstall. It's a server-side problem we're tracking down.

Your ranks ARE there but they are not being loaded correctly.

Oh okay I understand your problem now since i just tried to change all my rankings. The rankings do change, just it resets to Duchess, Baron, Pledge, etc... But it should have the correct rank that you inserted on them and on your list
