Failed to load resources after 1.9.6 Hotfix 3

Hi,

since todays patch my launcher stops with 7 resources left do download. This issue appears just after the NGD splash and changing languages has no effect to it.

Edit:
The first four resources I can't download are:
51331
55793
56731
56733

I have the same issue as well, the game just sits there with a black screen showing "Downloading: .. " in the top left corner with nothing happening for hours on end. Reinstalling resulted in the same.

Win 7 64bit, iCore 7, 8Gb RAM, GTX 460.

Hey Ponter, is this small fix about a 697kb update that I just got? And indeed I have ticked the Experimental client option to be on.
