Recently my Account was hacked i put a ticket but cant log in. in my email it gave me a password. but i got the gms to ban the account because someone told me in game my username and password he threatened to delete all of my items.

Not sure how you were hacked, but might want to clean your pc first before taking any further actions on your account.

After you done this try to contact NGD with details on your account and they might be able to help you.
