I'd like to ask how long I have to wait for answer in ticket? I've created support 18 Dec 2012 1:52 PM and still no reply.

Don't know if this is the answer you are asking for but
I have tickets without replies that I opened 20 monthes ago

My personal experience is that they answer within 36hours or never - 7 of 10 tickets i sent are of the second category
