Remember to help steam!

Hey guys, just thought i'd make this post , to remind you all that we have a bunch of new arrivals in CoR, I'd really like for them all to stay so we can have great wars in the future, so help them out as much as you can! We have a bunch of people in alsius helping them out, getting them into clans and teaching them about the game. I hope the other realms are doing this too

Also make sure the realm chat is filled and give them 10k coins :P they'll love you for it :P

Last night we stayed to help them and answer questions in Ignis too. It is so nice to see so many new people.

There are several problems that needs to be polished. Game lacks training, basic starter information and stuff. Reset of skills is strange too.

Still i hope we have more players with us and more more fun wars.

Yesterday, we went in Syrtis Initiation Zone to help them, in the meantime Alsius managed to steal our Algaros relic.... Tigerious would have say that Steam new players are in fact goats disguised .....

It was incredible to see 15 newbies achieving "Killer" achievement within like 15 minutes.... let's hope NGD will work hard to retain those players, game needs a lot of polishing.

It is still very hard to convince one the game is great ... after days of uber boring grinding....

Still a very good thing for the game !

I went to initiation zone yesterday night, with few other players, and the spectacular amount of new players I saw there was just incredible .

Unfortunately, I get the feeling, that most of them will never make it to the war zone, due to lack of attraction of the game contents at low levels.

We just need to keep reminding them that the game has an awesome end-game rvr experience. I'll be sure to do that when I log in later and camp the initiation zone while waiting for battlezones.

Year ago when I started playing RO, I found it very attractive and I was persistent in leveling my chars to join WZ. The fact that this is one of very few MMORPGs capable of running on Linux is strong reason to stay in the game.

Anyway, I welcome NGD's decision to publish RO/CoR on Steam. This will bring new players, and (I hope) good income which will be invested in fixing old bugs and developing new game features.

I'd like to emphasize once more that NGD should listen the voice of their users here on forums. Among the trolling and bitching there are plenty of excellent ideas which can really improve and boost our game.
