Steam/Regnum account problem.

Hello, I have a problem and I've already sent a ticket (even though he has written critical unanswered yet), but I wanted to ask if anyone happened to have the same problem and how it may have resolved. I was playing through Steam account, but today I logged on the site of the Champions of Regnum (as always choosing Steam account) to buy ximerin. It asked me to verify the email, so I did and now I'm banned from the Steam account and I can access the game and the site only through the account of Regnum domain. Too bad this is empty (no characters), and the name of the character and the forum are already occupied. Practically it have banned the account on domain Steam and "created" a new one (but the same one!) on domain Regnum.
Has anyone had the same problem?

This is the all support you will get. Some waits the whole eternity for support team respond.
