Err question. About the new bosses that drop things for crafting. Where do they actually spawn? Anyone know what they drop? and what are the timers for respawn. It's the only thing I didn't get to do on amun. So I'm lost on this part. Plz help. :lol:

Heard they spawn in each realm's Orc camp, about respawn time, no idea
"Modified: Orc Camps.
- Added bosses for each one in each War Zone. Urrgog in Alsius, Kregog in Ignis and Gobgog in Syrtis.
- The bosses drop a significant amount of gold and some items needed for crafting.
- When the boss is killed, a chest will appear that will grant items depending on the level of the player.
- Chest is not spawned if your own realm has any fortification captured. (Still not done)"
Wonder if it's done by now :D.

Checked right after server got update. Boss wasn't there. Not sure if I had to wait first. I don't even know what it looks like unless old orc bosses. haha

Adrian, even though I bought lvl 39 recipes from Gokstad crafting npc for some reasons I can't find lvl 39 weapons in his crafting tab? Any idea on this issue?

First time yes, when I realized this issue I bought that recipe again and after that my clicks on that recipe wouldn't work.

Sounds like a bug, did you try relog and check again? If it is a bug just buy another craft item, the level 39 recipes give the same amount of xp

I did relog yeah, nope the max weapon on my npc list is 35 :(

Reinstalled game and still having that issue, for some reason I can't consume lvl 35+ recipes and hence I don't have lvl 36, 37, 38, 39 weapons in my NPC list.

Ignis OC bugged? Yet to kill the one at ignis. Did see that goats killed theirs. Or am I just unlucky. Reason why we need respawn times.

Pery, that mini boss gives iron ore, hickory wood logs. It's cousin is closer to your trap doors as well.

Yes, like Throgg and Hellu. One is in OC the other is closer to your trap door, think it is on the opposite of the wall tele trap door.

Not a good day for me, though I made it to level 6 crafting I was affected by the following issues.
1. Can't access lvl 35+ weapons at craftmaster interface and can't even consume lvl 35+ recipes.
2. Lost about x6 of my Wood Fine in which I invested about 90 mins to craft a weapon worth 200 exp :(.
Please help Adrian.

Think the reapawn time is 3 hrs ,at least on haven that was the time to respawn again.

Confirmed on Ra also. Forgot to post it. I also hit the lvl 6 cap. Stopped giving me exp after 8/913 exp. Feelsbadman. :ohill:

Same Pery mine stopped at 110/913 lvl 6 :D, think that's the cap for this week.

Effects in the sense I meant the visual effects xD. We got to see staves, bows, 2h sword, 1h sword on Haven. The 1h sword looks like the Spartan sword lol with those shiny effects.

Imo the crafting recipe should disappear from the merchants window once you bought it, prevents uneccesarily buying it twice :juggle:

Is there some way to tell what ingredients a recipe needs form the Commerce window?
e.g If I have a ton of silver ingots, is there a way to look through the recipes offered for sale and see which ones require silver ingots without buying every one?
It would also be nice to see crafting time, percent chance, level needed, etc. before buying.

In Ra orc bosses give you a key to open a chest that contain stuff for crafting. They respawn like about 3h and only can be killed two times for 24h. (only i heard about this last).

Err Adrian? or some Dev. Certain people can't get the key because RA has so many people hitting boss that we archer/locks don't get because barbs kill it so fast. This is annoying to wait 3 hours to kill and not get credit. First time it's happened to me. I've heard others had the same problems.

On Haven we don't even get the key. Few days ago we killed the boss near the Wall, the chest appeared but no one got any key.
Why making things complicated again with this chest? Kill the boss and everyone who was participating in the kill will get something, can be checked in log. Easy and simple.

This isn't true because that feature doesn't even work right now. (Check changelog) Also we've killed Orc boss multiple times with some realm having our forts and still got key. So that's not the problem.
Not getting credit is the problem.

Yesterday with friends we killed boss when our fort was capped by syrtis, nobody got credit, hours later we killed again and everybody got their key when all our forts were blue.

All Blue forts were Blue and none of them was under attack.

It would be nice if the crafting materials were tradeable. Having to do it through Auction House is an annoying restriction that I don't understand the point of.

I'll say again. You seem to not understand. Others at that boss kill got the key while some didn't get it. The problem isn't with one of our forts being capped.

Someone in game told that it's possible to drop the key only twice in 24 hours.

Are you guys aware of that neither on Haven nor on RA there is no description for the new premium item "Backpack"? Still.
Why would anyone buy it when they have no clue what is it for? At least I'd never buy anything I don't know what is it good for... :D

Speculation: only those participants who do 15% (or more) of resource-boss hit points get credit. This is/was true for quest bosses in realm quest-line, so it could explain why people do not get the iron/hardwood drops. I've got some, I've missed some. I never missed any when group I was with numbered 6 or less, ever, & I always missed the drops when group was large. Uh, is that proof empirical enough for ya'? Further, I completely agree that all who kill should drop, period.

I know I'm most likely late with it, but I had a suggestion regarding rare materials.
We all know that we will need materials from mini bosses for the better items, hickory wood and such, that is dropped once at the orc camp and once near wall from a mob.
I saw everyone was riding from place to place to get as many as possible from all those items, knowing they will be needed for rare recipes.
The suggestion would be ( to make it maybe a bit harder to get those items and to try to generate some fight :D):
How about allowing one realm to use only other realm's mini boss's loot?
Just add a color before the loot that is needed for the recipes.
So for example, a recipe for an Alsian would be like this:
-Red hickory wood ( dropped by red mini bosses )
-Green iron ore ( dropped by green mini bosses )

While it sounds interesting, I know that in practice only archers will obtain those materials. While home realm is killing their boss, archers will hit him few times from the distance and run away. It will be slim chance for warriors or mages to get close enough to kill him.
This will create even more imbalance towards archers.

Don't really get you Slarti.
Home realm would not need their own boss's loot so they wouldn't kill them, they would only defend them from the other realms. That's what I meant by "generating some fight" :D.

If the archers will run away after a few hits then there's no guarantee that the ones that keep attacking the mini boss will succeed without the help of the archers. Besides, archers will have to interact with the chest too once the boss is down, so why would they run away?
Scenario:
- Enemy hunter does few hits to the boss
- Runs on safe distance and camo
- Drops the key
- Returns camoed to the chest
- Clicks the chest, gets the loot
- Gets killed by players near chest -> never mind, it's worth it.

-make dragons worthy to kill-> no idea about ra but when on haven any realm killed dragon last time? No need for adding resources, they already there: dragon horns for lvl 55+ bows/weapon hilts/staff; gems as source of magic for crafting and crystalls for saff, scales (lots of scales at least 50) for armours
-promote war-> holding castle for first (only first to avoid farming) 20 minutes grants a lvl 50+ resource for crafting from its warehouses (pillaging/raiding) MAKE THEM UNIQUE FOR EACH CASTLE
-promote invasions-> UNIQUE RESOURCE for lvl 50+ or 55+ that can be found only in one realm like "moon silver" at Alsius withering heights/hopstad mines; siderite ore from volcanic zone in Ignis; elvenwood in Syrtis forests
-maybe to make top tier items harder to obtain add magna ingot to formula as basis like: for armour: 50 dragon scales+magna ingot+ 1 moon silver ingot, +20 siderite ore

P.s At Least show every new dragon wep image. Still no official post for people who weren't able to see them all in-game. Also I hope for offhand dragon weapons. Everyone knows 2h on barb is worthless. Unless the dmg is up to par with duals. (I doubt possible) Also these 1h weapons shouldn't be just limited to knight. Make them how current 1h weapons are now.

Yes a sneak peek of dragon weapons and their stats would be great :D. Also, I think NGD needs some more time to fix those old/new bugs that came with the crafting update part 1. Let's hope the next update brings more joy on our faces :p.

We are having delays because of bug fixing and applying some users suggestions.
From some suggestions we made some minor design changes that we think, are worth it.
The delays we are having are no longer because of the data center or disastrous things like that. They are to apply ideas, reorganize the team, add people to that team.
It took us time to realize it, because we also work on weekends and just today we decided to apply several of those things.
This, despite the delays, is something that we see as very positive. The evolution of the game content is hitting a major turning point and we are very happy about it. In itself, we are pleased about this course.

Sometimes they hit me for ~20 damage, other times it's 200 damage. Wearing the same armor for both occasions. Also, I think it only summoned 1 orc when it was doing 20 damage, and 2 orcs for the high damage.

I think it probably does too, sometimes it was hitting a lot higher than other times. Maybe its damage is based on the amount of people in the area.

Just another idea.
Players could drop crafting materials after getting killed in WZ and during invasions.
Anywhere in the WZ they could drop only common materials, not always, sometimes. Around forts they could drop rare materials too with very low chance, and to promote castle fights and invasions, at / around castles and during invasions they could drop rare materials too with higher chance. :thumb:

I think she meant this Wednesday, based on this post (https://www.championsofregnum.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1867350&postcount=6). Assuming I even read it correctly.
It's disappointing that the crafting update has been delayed, but at least it's only one week and NGD has good reasons for it.

As it happens with player experience: when you advance levels you get less experience for those that now are lower level than yours. This is to maintain the challenge and avoid the most common possible abuse: "why would I kill the stronger creatures if I can kill the easier ones".
In the case of Crafting, the materials in the first levels are extremely easy to get and that experience, even if it's less than in level 5 or above, it can get farm-able. When you get to a certain level, previous levels should give you 0 experience and that is achieved by reducing drastically the XP you get from them.
If you got to, for instance, level 5, you don't need anything from the previous levels as that level gives you all you need to progress to the next one. The amount of XP that the weapons and materials you need for your sub-class is enough to get to the next one.
Anyway, Steel Ingots give more XP than Iron Ingots. So, if it's not like that it's a mistake. Steel Ingots should give 12 XP and Iron Ingots, 9. And, the materials they require are easy to get. That's why, for example, Lesser Enchantment gives 30 XP.
Basic materials will never give a lot of XP due to them being produced a lot more. The value they have is through selling them in the Auction House. Weapons are for your personal use or to sell for some gold. The big amount of experience you get from weapons is like "paying" you for "giving away" the value of those basic materials.
I know it's a bit difficult to understand but I guess this helps to make the point.

Thanks babe. I did notice on Amun it was -25% but now -50%. I guess this is to prevent abuse like you say. Problem is I have all this extra ore. Only way to give it other players is through AH. In the future tradeable?

Great update. I was afraid with crafting and items for high levels but now I see nice, special items for 40+... I cant wait for 50-60! Good job! :) Perfect way to promote RvR.

I like it. Imo you should introduce sending items/messages via owls to players and remove trading function at all. All new MMO's using this and from what I know it works perfect.

You might want to increase the number of items you can sell on auction house because currently you can only sell 5 items at a time which is really restricting without even taking into account the new crafting materials and gear.
A question: i'm not sure if its here already but will we be able to craft armors too?

On Ra its a constant 30v30v30, the essence drop chance has to be absurdly different for each server to even make it fair for everyone. The only way I see it being better for haven is if enemies drop 2 or 3 essence instead of just 1

I agree with this. During Australian hours the server is mostly a ghost town. It's going to be very difficult to get enough enemy essence to reach level 10.

Impressive update and I think agile implementation of updates is best suited for COR now since even Frosk is into the integral part of developing team.
Some concerns on the enemy essence/motivation on making wishes.
1. Firstly, enemy essence looks like a hard thing to happen on haven. In order to make everyone happy put like a 10 enemy essence per 10 unique player kills limit for a 24 hour period.
2. Secondly, there is no motivation for dragon wishes on haven. We just grab gems occasionally to redeem wmc but that's it no often wishes. Try to change them asap after crafting final phase update. Also try to get back wmc wish since that motivates a lot of players to war.
3. Lastly, add few more people to your team and make COR great again xD. Good Luck :punk:

I'm pretty sure it will be. As already it takes a lot of time to get enemy ess just to make lesser enchantments. And this is a lvl 45 weap. So based off that just making lvl 60 weaps are going to take even longer.
However, we still don't know what is even needed. Inb4 days to make Dragon weap. Or 20% success rate. Too many factors to count without knowing the details. NGD has already stated higher lvl materials will be based off WZ action (killing).
Now we just wait to see what will happen Monday. Also what does value have to do with everyone trying to get Dragon weaps the fastest? Unless you're trying to make money? Which shouldn't be the main goal of these weaps.
Or are you talking about value in only few players have them. Rarity? It's going to happen that many players will have these weapons. To suggest that you don't want to see that is ... Well impossible. It's new update. People are going to farm crafting with the goal of obtaining these weaps. Sorry to burst ya bubble.

I've asked about it on Amun few months ago and ofc armors can be on live servers in future and Adrian said something about specializations for each classes/subclasses (?) for example enhancements for warriors, gems for archers, elixirs/rings/amulets for mages ;o

Personally i want to see something like this :
* You will need special and rare material for craft making that are "dropable OR not" from dragon and from enemies.
* Your crafting exp decrease if you don't continue on crafting and doing quests.
* Even if you reach max lvl you have to continue doing some quest to keep ur crafting exp/lvl or it will decrease.
Exp : You have to bring 10 enemy essence or your exp will decrease by 10 points.
If everyone will get it at the end of this month, then everyone will be leaving again and crying about a boring game and those weapons will have no value or a price.

Crafting should include all parts of the game:
-world exploration to get resources-> checked
-grinding->checked
-war-> checked
-> war zone/dragon boss-> get resources for high tier armour/weapons, loot already exist, about ppl who collected loot for years just do same as it was done with war zone boss arrows-> but instead of gold give maybe some recipies for high tier rare ingots/material as recompensation or "resources booster x2 or x3" similar to magna scroll
->invasions-> as I have suggested before-> unique per each realm resources to be found in their inner so other 2 realms can obtain it only via "pillaging" during invasions
maybe add unique recipies to buy at castles specific per realm so like wm jewellery to get them you must capture enemy castle-> like alsius/syrtis version of ignean axe but with ice/lighning damage

I'm having a horrible time getting essences, usually I'm too busy spamming heals in war to worry about disping or buffing simply for the sake of a possible essence drop; As it is I get decent wmc/rp but from other players and classes I am seeing a frustrating skew to warriors in regards of getting essence.
Not meant to be a rant, but I would appreciate tips if other Conjus aren't experiencing the same difficulty?

To this I must add that we still don't get anything at all when we are healing and buffing inside forts. No rp's, no wmc, no essence, nothing. We have to go outside to get anything at all.

I never said that dragon loot will be used for dragon weapons/armour.
Same (correct me If I am wrong) NGD never stated that dragon weapons will be craftable not droppable.

If what you are saying is true, then it is not classwise, there was a conjurer in alsius getting tons more essence then us, at the same time there is you who doesn't, then there was a hunter in alsius dropping tons as well whereas another hunter wasn't at all. Its probably just rng.

Modify XP/RP/WMC distribution for support classes /non-dmg spells /low damage hits/spells
It's really annoying for conjus (mostly) not to receive anything after using even a Lv5 spell on an ally, yes, it still happens (:fury:), somehow the whole thing just works delayed and it shouldn't work that way.
Even a lv3 non-damaging spell should grant kill count IMO, a Lv3 Ambush, a Lv3 Sudden strike, a Lv3 Burst of the wind, a Lv 3 Silence, a Lv 3 Intimidate and so on...
Regarding DOTs, something alike should be done as well, even one tick on the target should be counted for the kill, many times the target dies too fast and the DOT can't work long enough to count.
Same goes for the damage that grants a kill. Many times a normal hit of 100-200 isn't enough. Don't know how it is calculated right now, maybe it takes into account the target's full HP, but IMO it's not right either.
Even a low dmg hit or a spell with low dmg (e.g.Winter stroke 3)should be enough to contribute for the kill!

I assume they're droppable in the same way that any other normal weapon would be droppable. From every mob except bosses

What all 2-handed weapons need is range of the spear. Just look at their size. Now with dual wield you can eaisily get same damage as 2-handed slow weapon but dual wield will be medium attack speed. Range 2 will make them more competitive to offhands.

Not related to crafting but Door still bugs out if you're in view of recap... Happened to be on inner gate. Very annoying. Had to go all the way out of view. Some had to relog.

[Q] Can we craft something else than swords for warrior/barb/knight? all kind of dragon weapons are avaiable (blunt, piercing weapons) or just sword?
Alo,
I have the following concern over crafting (apart from drag weap stats, related quests, tickets, dragon loots, etc.):
Let's assume that a player is in lvl 8 craft and wants to ding to lvl 9 to do drag weap afterwards.
1st case
According to xp and changelog I think he needs approximately 7 lvl 60 craft bows to ding. This is 7 * 193 = 1351 xp, which should be enough for lvl 8 craft without counting the xp you get from intermediate crafts.
For these 7 lvl 60 bows the player needs: 7 enchantments and 70 fine hardened wood plank.
Or eventually the player needs in total:
35 enemy bones, 805 essence (!!), 1400 hickory wood log, 1400 carbon ore.
2nd case
Now let's assume that he got scared by the numbers and tries to do the same with lvl 51 bow, which is lvl 7 craft and has 50% xp penalty.
For the 1351 xp he needs to craft 17 bows approximately.
For these 17 lvl 51 bows the player needs: 17 lesser enchantments and 170 hardened wood plank.
Or eventually the player needs in total:
170 essence (!!), 1700 carbon ore, 1700 wood log.
I think it is quite more viable (in Haven's terms at least) to get 170 essence and 300 more wood / carbon instead of 635 essence.
Now getting to craft times:
For the first case and ONLY for the 7 bows he needs (not including time for intermediate mats): 273 hours (!!).
For the second case and ONLY for the 17 bows he needs (not including time for intermediate mats): 170 hours (!!).
Something doesn't match well to me in terms of crafting time too.
TLDR: Projection in numbers seems not so robust. The lesser enchantment required for "Fine" mats explodes numbers. Crafting times seem also to be weird. The xp penalty is probably low and not related to rest numbers.

Your statistics are a great help in pointing out my views, thank you.
Thing is i find crafting very hard and very long, imo essence should not be so less dropping, there are so many players who played for 5 hours straight and couldn't even find 10 essence, second, carbon ore spawn needs to be increased more, much more. Hickory as well, the main thing that disturbs me is the time it will take to reach level 9. It is just too much and too hard.
I know you want crafting to be a daily activity, like 1-2 hours of crafting and rest hours to fight. But no, it will NOT happen that way.
People WILL stay only at crafting place for all the time, they will not stop until they reach level 9.
And reaching level 9 is as Lawz mentioned 170 hours minimum time.
So please, increase the xp from weapons, AND DECREASE TIME. Crafting a level 60 nab weapon which takes days is just pointless, you can take all the time you want for dragon weapons, but please spare weapons to farm xp.
as Lawz said, 170 hours is a bit too long over a short time as people wont stop crafting until they hit l9.

So first of all NGD, the things which are very disturbing with crafting.
First ; Do you know that many players which have australian or around that timings, are timed at more than 2 am, which means that they cannot play during peak hours. Peak hours are the only time when there are raids, and boss killing. But they are unable to do it. These players are at a huge disadvantage, as they will never be able to complete their quests to kill bosses, neither will get any loot. You cant expect them to buy it either as no one will sell it. Even if some do, then again it will be on a high price and these players will suffer with their economy. Marksman are exactly the same. Please consider this.
Second : We have stuff like achievement points, but they are of no use at all, just for show. How about you make a small trade of achievement points for dragon loot/recipes/materials? it will help people who cant do raids even it is a bit. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS.
Third : I thought of a new way for people who cant do raids to due to reason x, how about you add a small mini boss, only for 1 player to kill at a time only, for those who cant do raids, maybe make that boss drop dragon loot or recipes. And can allow it to only those with a different timing /marksman. It will minimize disadvantage of players who cant do raids by a lot.

As an Aussie I agree with this, our timezone is not NGD's fault of course however an ever growing percentage of content is almost unavailable to us such as TDM, Dragon Raids and even healthy wars. Something ... Anything to help this timezone would be welcome

Adding elemental damage to a bow that has similar base damage to a mag longbow would be too OP? I'm not sure which is better at this point. Definitely worth making though.

Well the first case wouldn't be really unusual for a mmo, they do it all the time. Kudos to NGD for making it mostly about visual. That was a great decision in my opnion.
And you are completely right about the second part, we don't need another power creep for gear based classes.
For staves however they could definitely add more attractive options. Like 5% damage reduction for example.

Im not talking about to make it more powerfull than existing magnanite weapons, but making more competitive*, if you read changelog will see that magnanite bow got a boost and now his damage is 123-138 (39) and 2 slots while dragon bow is 121-136 (35) 1 slot, magna bow still has 2-2 (4) more damage and 1 slot more so it can get even more 15 damage, and talking about not being fair who already has a magnanite weapon, you saw what takes to make one of these weapons? I dont think its easier than get 7500 mags and it is a worse bow than magna one! Now, what I was trying to say is that they could add more damage to make it more usefull and different and not just a new magna bow with less damage and different skin but a totally new bow like 110-125 piercing damage 20 ice damage alasthor one 20 fire tenax one etc. About the 120hp, I would only make this bow to increase my health regeneration to heal faster :P

Possible. Would mean lvl 9 is not max lvl. Because it's capped like they did before. However we don't even know. Didn't add the full version of crafting? Feelsbadman.

We don't get anything after completing the quest. Nothing added to Inventory but the 250k gold and 5k wmc. No quest to get after completing it. So how is it possible to get these recipes?
Either it wasn't added for a purpose or forgotten to add the recipes to the quest rewards. Like I said "players" have no idea. I would advise you come online and take a look instead of saying it's there for sure. (Also he meant to say Alloy Ignot not the steel one. )

Can confirm, the last recipes that were given are for 'enchantment' 'steel ingot' and a plank one. Alloy ingot and greater enchantment recipes are nowhere to be found.

In Syrtis (Haven) we dropped yesterday two recipes in one dragon raid. Vesper longbow and vespers staff.

I think it's insane that ignis and alsius have dropped only 2h sword recipes after 6+ raids and syrtis get 2 in one go. What are the stats of the staff btw?

Lol it's not all about getting recipes. Getting the loot is also very important. Many of you don't seem to understand that. You could not be killing dragon at all. You can't even make Dragon Weaps right now.
No recipe for Alloy or Greater. So calm down about just getting 2h recipes.

Not worthy to spend 50 mags on it in commerce. With 3k+ SC, 500+ marks normals, 1k shield piercing, 1k arcana strike, 1k ensnaring arrows, 120 health? Hahaha, this is what's called dark humor.

My special staff has +135 hp. For warriors and archers +hp bonus on weapon is unique while for mages not. You can box/drop any staff with more hp bonus.... and this critical bonus should be replaced by cast speed/mana/movement speed.
Another thing is why all stats like attack speed range are exactly the same as existing magna ones. Why you didn't add fast spear for knight, medium 2h spear for barb, 25r medium sb or 30r medium/slow lb, 25/30r slow staff? Same with new non-dragon weapons for 55+... you just improved damage while attack-speed, range stay the same as on existing elite weapons. Big -1 for this.

Alo, i really think that weapons are kinda shit and just for us to fuse, well really nice they are so good looking, but please remember that these crafting weapons also should provide help to those who are looking/dont have any good weapons, they are really needed for those.
Why is there no 1hand sword for barbarian, and neither any off hand sword? Please do make that release too asap, also WOULD love it if we can craft a dragon shield, its the only thing that is not even for magnanites or dragon armor.
Third : Can you please give a 5 ms on dragon staff? it will be very useful because, being only 120 hp and 5 ms, its a big choice to players as they can only put 7 cs further in it, it will be very strong but it is certainly needed.

Really dropped the ball again NGD.... What about if you turned the quest in already? For the people who turned the quest in already we get nothing. So how do we get the recipes when we can't even get the quest again? They should be added to our stash. Why should we have to do that long quest over again? Also some people don't have alts to do the quest again. Looking at the situation. Very unfair to the players who completed the quest. Rip RA players.
Update: Don't worry about getting quest on alts. Cannot even get the level 52/60 quest on them anyway. Must start all the way at level 1 in Alta (Ignis). All my alts are lvl 0 while my main char. crafting is lvl 9. Just another reason why recipes should be added to the stash of players who completed the quest.

Putting movement speed boost is really bad idea no matter on what part of gear. Speed is core of balance in the game and boosting some players in such way isn't really good idea it will be even worse than old dragon amu inbalance in the past.

Ancient soul breath(material needed to craft Greater Enchantment) is only dropped by Thorkul, Evendim and Daen Rha. So, you need like x9 ancient soul breath just to make 1 dragon weapon which will be hard in Haven at least. Also is there any guarantee that everyone who participates in the killing of these bosses will drop loot just like the oc mini bosses? If not it will just take ages to make dragon weapons. Please make these loot like the ones we get from oc mini bosses or else more people will loose motivation to make dragon weapons.

I don't think you're understanding what I'm saying. I finished the Kill 3 orcs, 3 WZ bosses before NGD decided to fix the problem by adding the recipes to the quest. Therefore the Alloy/Greater Enhancement recipes aren't on my account. I cannot get the quest again.
Everyone else who finished after the fix was able to get the new recipes needed to create dragon weapon. While 20 or more of us players on Ra who completed the quest already are left behind by NGD because we have no other way of obtaining the recipes.
Yet you're telling me they're on my account when I've stated the reason why they're not.
Reason I asked for NGD to stash these recipes because we cannot get the quest again because completed the quest when it didn't have the recipes added to them. So I can't complete any dragon weapons.
To further explain. I have checked and rechecked enough times to see that the quest and recipes aren't there.
This picture shows the updated quest as of now with all the recipes added to it. What NGD said they fixed. However before the quest was "fixed" the reward was just gold and WMC. Which I got when I turned it in. Now that Its "fixed" I can't get these recipes anymore even though I completed the quest. All I want is the recipes which I and others who completed the quest before NGD "fixed" didn't get. We can't create Dragons weapons without them. Very important.

Not worthy to spend 50 mags on it in commerce. With 3k+ SC, 500+ marks normals, 1k shield piercing, 1k arcana strike, 1k ensnaring arrows, 120 health? Hahaha, this is what's called dark humor.
dark humor is giving a normal special bonus to a staff and call it "boss weapon".
pretty sure the devs simply forgot staffs can have HP by default. for other classes, it's not too bad

NGD knows about it. Few people did it, like you, before they fixed it.
So you should have the "new" recipes on your craftmaster list. Is what NGD did, no stash, no inventory.
If you dont have them on your recipes list, please let me know (private message) to fix it soon.

I've already stated why that wont work. Would have to start the crafting quest at lvl 1. No way I do that again. Anyway the solution has been found.

Yes, we need a lot of wmc and materials to go on with crafting right? Fort rewards will do it, at least then people will cap forts for rewards like wmc or materials, it might increase farming but it can at least make people go to a fort . Everyone sits at crafting all the day dont move 1 inch from there, it is very boring.

NGD already stated they got rid of this because it caused abuse. They don't want you farming them like in the past. Adrian has stated in a previous post. So this wont happen.

If people sit at crafting all the day, they obviously do not miss wmc for it. When they'll miss wmc, they'll have no other option but to obtain them in war, not by easy fort capturing.
It's already easy enough to collect wmc in war. Much easier than before, option to redeem wmc is basically constant 100% wmc booster and wm rewards for kills at fort are nice also.

Any quick fix coming for 2h swords issue ? currently we drop ONLY 2h sword.
I doubt this need a patch, it is more data or settings issue

I think i found it.
The weapon depends on the last class that does the hit to finish the dragon.
Most of time a barb that make the last hit so we drop 2h wp.

I mean the drop depends on which class did finish the dragon.
My speculation:
if a bard did the last hit > Someone in the party will drop 2h wp
if an archer did it > Someone will drop a bow
...

What i meant is, dragon bows are for archer, not subclass specific. Staves are for mages not subclass specific. And i doubt a mage/archer did kill a dragon and yet both recipes are around. So if the 1 handed sword is warrior, barbs should be able to drop it with your theory.
If you look on ra there are almost only 2handed weapons. I think you can drop them on haven too, there are just a lot less dragon kills on haven than ra.
Not saying the drop rate doesn't need a fix, it definetly does.

Even Shield could be added. Because technically it's part of Knights weapon. I hope we're not limited to what Dragon weapon we can make. Should be a variety of more than just what we seen so far.
Still don't know why 2h was added to Dragon list. 2 medium duals can easily out dmg it. Unless in the future 2h gets a buff. Doubt it.

They won't buff 2h weapons. It's easier to box one good 2h weapon than both duals = more money.

Most your barbs won't box weapon on barb unless they desperately need offhand. More efficient to box on knight for 1h weapons.
However I've found good duals in the ah that are already better than the 2h dragon sword. Same problem with Mag 2h weapons. What is exactly the point of creating them?
I actually want to use 2h again but their is no incentive to me using them unless I'm trolling my dmg at fort. Feelsbadman

+111, please, we really need a dragon shield cuz its not even there for dragon armor, but for wm it is, make a nice looking red tenax shield, also add the 1h's for barb stats too, off hands too please:imstupid:

* Ancient soul breath is missing.
* Drop chance is 95% 2 hands sword.

I can't do anything with those I have though :P 2 of them need the 2 recipes I don't have and the other one needs 3 soul breath, which I doubt anyone has.

I don't even think souls have been added. Usually someone would screen them already. I haven't even seen 1h Tenax sword. Every other recipe has dropped in Ignis Ra though.
Even if they are added getting them is almost impossible. :play_ball:
Update: 1h Sword Tenax sword finally dropped Ignis. Only 1 I've seen. 40 other 2h Swords though.

So how many Ancient Soul Breath's drop after kill? If it's one I might as well quit crafting now. Daen turned into the new Eve. If I only had melee character I would be mad. They died over and over lol.
I hope its more than one dropping after kill. Had 80+ from boss resets today. This was only early morning. I imagine there would be more if later in the day.
