Marksmen
-Remove Startegic Position and replace it with a damage spell.
-Make Sotw a only Hunter spell
Warlock
Give wind wall a purpose
Conjurer (warjurer)
-Remove Silence Breaks their CC-chain which would make warjurer harder to play
-Adjust DI (Shorter Duration longer Cooldown)
-DI should have a visible animation
Warmasters
Bring back the real purpose of Hotw (RvR) don't reduce speed just make the people recuired to stand close to you in order for you to be able to cast Hotw instead of 1 make it 3
Someone disagrees with me or has something to add?

no more 0 damage from DoTs? T_T.
Anyways i feel like strat position should be adjusted to work only in 40+ range. so it won't really hurt hunters damage and lock's spells as it does atm. Maybe short duration and cd also.
About WM spells. what Cnekmp said.

And finally make mage spells Int based not fixed ones

I disagree.
Again we have another of those, nerf this and that threads, do you take into condideration that the guy who ganks you or the guys you cant kill has OP gear, or that he actually understands his class better than you know yours.
Why remove strat pos?, lowers ranged recieved damage, a must against other marx and against out of camo gankers, that is if you dont get confused first.
Why make SoW hunter only spell?,
I dont play mage class, so i dont care, but, just remove any and all spells from conju that helps them play warju.
We could add to the nerf list as follows, cs and as:facepalm: speed buffs, op dizzy and dot spells from lock, shit we may aswell just remove every spell, off and def, and just leave us all normalls, at least the lets nerf something threads will stop, but meh some one some where will whine about sommit else

2)Int based spell damage or duration, to boost mages' gameplay. Mages' range is too low, give them a bit more damage or more range. This should affect conjurer's healing spells too.
3)Give more RvR support spells to hunters, and make pets usable in PvP(or even in war) There are a lot of suggestion in forum about hunters at the moment.
4)Give some good spell to knights which makes them stronger in open field.
5)DI should have a visible animation

I didn't ask to remove all spells just 1 spell Silence it would break a warju's cc-chain which would make it much harder for a warju to do pvp and thats a good thing because conju's are the defensive class and what will a conjurer do when he can't do pvp? He'll do RvR which means he will skill to support and thats what regnum needs.
Also about DI I think everybody agrees that it should be adjusted

Believe me I think i am among one of the most skilled warlocks in Horus so No this isn't threat made out of frustration or something I just made it because it seems that everyone has stopped talking about balance but Regnum indeed still is in need of good and fair balance

again just remove every def and off spell and there ya go balance, it pisses me off everytime, nerf this nerf that, and hunters UP, lol, as i said confuse from camo= no def buffs, and theres enough hunters out there who kill with no problems, and yes your uber, i only see you camp with a hunter, bridges and cs, but again another whine theard trying to get more nerfs, did you mention uber cs speed of lock a mass array of dizzy freeze slow and dot spells a lock has, Well i say NERF locks they are OP

Your own signature says RvR is no skill involved and PvP is art, yet you want to force conjus into only being able to play support in RvR. What exactly is wrong with players being warjus, anyway? It's a great alternative for someone who doesn't want to ALWAYS be a healer, but can sometimes reskill for offense.
Your suggestions about Strategic Position is from a PvP perspective, forgetting this is an RvRvR game. Marksmen are the offensive class that stand at the top of forts to defend it, and they often take many hits from the opposing realm's mages/archers who are trying to capture the fort. Of course they need a range defense spell.
Also, hunters CAN beat marksmen in PvP. Petless hunters can sneak up, hunters with pets can buff with bestial wrath/pet protection buff and use death sentence, sudden strike, etc... (I'm saying this as a L50 hunter)
In my opinion, though, hunters shouldn't be able to take on a fully buffed marksman in 1v1, as a marksman's role is to be offensive while hunters are scouting and stealth units.
As for SotW... I'm sure you just got sick of losing fights to marksmen because of it. Once again, this is an RvRvR game, not PvP.

Knights shouldn't hit over 500. Knight is an offensive class. If anyone wants to hit high, make a barbarian.

You need to see this from a average player point of view not every hunter can be as good as Immortal demon or Rulez yes maybe they can defeat marksmens but I think most hunters don't stand a chance and thats purely because theyre spells arent half as strong as marksmen spells, Confuse from camo? ; You are a hero! And I am not saying i am Uber but I know i am good enough to own you which probabbly doesn't recuire that much skill..
And about Warlocks I think most reasonable people would agree that Locks have been nerfed enough now over the past year our ''crazy'' cast speed has been reduced with -50% Sultar's terror isn't being used half as much as before because it has been nerfed and all our CC's duration have been nerfed + Will domain range has been reduced.

First of all please watch youre language I haven't insulted you so I wish you don't insult me, Second of all It would be a huge benefit for all players that DI would have a visual effect of some kind because when barbs are chasing you and for some reason you cant cast any CC on them it most of the time takes too much time for you to realize he is under DI. And I don't know if you have a conjurer or something but try to battle me first with and then without silence lets see which setup you would rather have.

Hunter can kill marksman and marksman can kill hunter too. All is needed - skill and luck(resists). Anyway, hunter needs to be buffed just a little bit.

Not really from a PvP perspective I play alot on barb (52) (friends accounts) and also then I notice that my normals on mages is 1.1 k but on marksmens however it isn't even high enough to mention it XD Marksmens have their share off buffs good spells and tricks not to mention their insane range giving them OP defence just isn't fair.

I don't really mind warju's but it is just a fact that there are too many and that they are too strong A skilled warjurer should always be able to absolutetely destroy a skilled warlock ( Best video I could find to proof it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-YHiBXiDGBk) and this should not be the case.

The only problem I see with locks, is that spell damage isn't affected by intelligence. Damage over time is the only real way to inflict real damage, and those get dispeled almost instantly.

First of all you don't make a good and a constructive idea about balance ,other than a complaint style,.You will win my respect when you will make a constructive one.The title of the thread does not fit with content at all.You just complaint about marksman,you just complaint about a spell from a conj(and for sure just because you lost a pvp because of that spell) and you come here to sneack your frustration in a balance idea.
In fight between marks and hunter ,both of them can win ,and that depends only by situation.You just extracted from forum only that you wanted to extract and you avoid others opinion.

Yes i play conj,i play support one ,and i play a lots.And there are not anymore warjourers..just grind setup that is a fail of setup.I play only as support conjurer.I don't care about warjourers. It's stupid from your side to complaint about conj.Almost all warlock spells are elemental,so nothing can protect a conj from a warlock.A warlock has 3 dizzy spells that can chain keep dizzy the conj Meteor,Silence,Dom.A warlock has tons of CC,there is not a class with so many CC in game..nieghter with so many Dots.If you fail vs a conj you must be a damn worst player as warlock.
Learn to construct a idea.
And for a balance thread:
1.How the current spell degrade the game-play.
2.Your ideas.
3.How your new ideas will affect the other classes.(here i means all classes,not vs a class as you did)
4.How your ideas will affect other spells.
5.Expose the caracter in a RvR and PvP situations too.
Nerfing a random spell only because you lost a pvp is not so sample,because each player will complaint about a certain spell and that means after 10 stages wee will have 0 spells in game.
Ive made tons of useless threads before too,but in one day i took the game and tryed to understand how game mechanics works.After that i saw that i was so wrong in over 90% of posts.Like this i understood why a spell is random and other thinks.After that i begind to reconstruct my ideas.I am many times wrong ,just because i miss some details ...
I don't expect that you will learn something from that but you will troll back...wtv...

Yes I agree with giving warlocks more range way too short, they are offensive, damage is pretty good but need marksman like range with there spells.

Sadly, as much as I like the spell shuffle game, I think it cant be properly done till conceptual things like fixed armour damage, fixed weapon damage, stacked defences, effects of hit chance, evasion, shared spell trees, fixing of all things the warmaster patch hurt and of course sorting out the effects of basic attributes like STR, CONC and so on.
Added to this, information about resistance and spell focus can't hurt.
If you keep fixing the roof and the foundation/walls are shaky, something is going to give sometime.

I do say ONCE AGAIN, bring old archers range to basic 20 - 25 short bows and 25-30m long bows ohh and marks passive range like before 15% at 5 lvl
