Problem in the game

i use to play regnum quite a while ago and i recently downloaded it but my old character is gone it took me a while to get to the level and i was wondering why its gone any help ??? ps i didnt delete it

have you given your account info to anyone? Did you log onto the right server?

ive always played on he 0ne server and never gave me details out

Have you tried logging on to amun?

characters from different servers are available there, I think.

1st: you may have logged to the wrong server so try to log in to amun to check all your characters
2nd: you may have logged to the wrong account xD
3rd: if someone else knew your pass, he may have deleted your character

Check all these and if you still face problems send a ticket to NGD

P.S: A friend of mine faced the same problem but I dont know how he solved it. His name is gisli from alsius, you can ask him if you want

The server you played on, is probably the RA named server. If you cannot find your characters on RA, you could send NGD a ticket via the support system here (http://www.regnumonlinegame.com/support/). Probably it will take several days until you get a response then.

put importance level to high and they will respond within 2-4 days. They did it to me
