To whom it may concern,
NGD sent me an e-mail with a key code asking me to come back. I tried the code but it says INVALID. I read in this forum that there was some mistake with the keys and that NGD had already send new ones. As I didnt get another code I sent them a ticket telling NGD that I didnt receive it. This was their answer:

Please ignore the emails regarding accounts you do not own. If you should receive a key to redeem, another ticket would have been sent to your email.

I suppose NGD made a bad mistake. I dont understand why they say that I dont own this account. This is my account. It always has. I havent play for about 2 years. So I get this e-mail telling me that I don't own it?? I just logged in to try the code again but is still INVALID. I have their e-mail addressed to me so thats a proof I would say. Where can I e-mail NGD back adding their own e-mail so that they see that it's my account? I can do whatever they ask me to proof it. It's not that I am desperate to get back. It's that I dont like being treated like a thief or something.
Here a copy of their e-mail (with omision of my personal data and key number)
It didnt copy the images.
