many ways, once there was a speed bug, which was successfully taken away. Then some underwater bug, someone posted a video on youtube. Then on Amun sometimes you can get teleported there. If you were spawned on test island with three arenas, cathedral and teleports ;)

just use google, youtube and forum search, you will prolly find some pics/videos
