My only problem with this is the healing part >.<
When I made my conjurer I learned how hard it is to keep people alive in war, Greater healing was the only thing that really made me feel useful (especially since a lot of the time, in ignis, there is only one conju and many to keep alive. with heal constantly on cd)

So if you are going to make it into an instant cast, I purpose you lower the CD on Heals to say... 5 seconds cd or 3 or something very low. This may seem like its making conjus over powered. But at the same time it will rely on their mana and how they handle it. Ambitious has a cool down and of course conjus have limited mana, so even with instant cast heals, it will still have a few challenges.
But again this is speaking from an ignis conjurers point of view.

Also, greater healing is one of the only ways conjurers can get RP (even if they're useless) and xp while in support mode.
